Activity: Creation of products of low-tonnage chemistry: reagents, high-purity substances, incl. organic solvents, reagents for chromatography, IR-, UV-spectroscopy and their subsequent implementation in the industry.

Specialization:

Synthesis of reagents and highly pure substances, study of the influence of the method and conditions of synthesis on the process of deep cleaning.
Research of physical and chemical properties of pure and high-purity substances, clarification and cataloging of their individual constants, study of their dependence on the purity of the substance, storage conditions. Determination of temperature dependences of physical and chemical properties of high-purity substances, verification of calculation methods for determining physical and chemical substances.
Research of analytical characteristics of high-purity substances: spectral, chromatographic. Clarification and cataloging of analytical characteristics of substances, the main impurities in them. Development of general approaches to the analysis of reagents and high-purity substances, identification of methods for analysis of the main groups of impurities, development of optimal algorithms for the analysis of reagents and high-purity substances, raw materials for their production, intermediate products.
Study of the processes of obtaining high-purity substances. Investigation of phase equilibria in systems “basic substance – impurity”. Study of hydrodynamic and mass transfer processes at all stages of deep purification of substances, the construction of rational schemes for the production of reagents and high-purity substances.
Development of new equipment for the production of reagents and high-purity substances, recommendations for the modernization and improvement of the existing one.
Development of technological and regulatory documentation of processes and products of production of chemical reagents and high-purity substances, laboratory techniques, laboratory, one-time, start-up, time schedules, analytical techniques, technical conditions.
