The Association «Roschemreactive» at the Congress of Young Scientists
From December 1 to December 3, 2022, the Second Congress of Young Scientists was held in Sochi in the Sirius Science and Art Park on the federal territory of Sirius, which became one of the landmark events of science and technology in Russia. An exhibition of Russian and Belarusian manufacturers of scientific equipment and consumables was organized on the sidelines of the Congress as part of the Nasha Laba project.
This year, the Association’s participation in the exhibition “Our Lab” was taken by the company “EKROSCHEM”. The company’s novelties in the field of laboratory furniture, laboratory and scientific equipment were presented at the stand, which aroused great interest among young scientists and not only. The stand was visited by high-ranking Russian officials: Dmitry Nikolaevich Chernyshenko (Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation), Andrey Fursenko (Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation), Anton A. Ishchenko (deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the 6th convocation), Vladimir V. Dorofeev (Deputy Head of the Department, Office of the President of the Russian Federation for Scientific and Educational Policy).
Nasha Laba is a national catalog of modern scientific equipment, consumables and components manufactured in Russia and Belarus, created in July 2022 by the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Spheres of the Presidential Council for Science and Education together with the Youth Council of the All–Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators. The catalog is updated daily and currently has more than 7,600 items from 135 manufacturers.
Almost 200 pieces of equipment and more than 600 units of consumables were presented at the exhibition of the Nasha Lab project. About 40 manufacturers from Russia and Belarus presented their stands.
The Association “Roschemreactive” took an active part in the business program of the event. The General Director of the Association Vendilo Irina Andreevna spoke at the session “Our Lab”: Russian scientific instruments and consumables”. During the event, participants
we discussed a number of topical issues such as measures to support the development and production of scientific instruments and consumables, “non-financial barriers”, the need for changes in the regulatory framework for the successful work of manufacturers, regulation of the concept of “made in Russia”: what to consider as such and what not, and how to regulate it. The successful experience of Belarusian colleagues was also demonstrated, which can become the basis for joint initiatives.
The Association “Roschemreactive” cordially thanks the entire team of organizers and volunteers of the exhibition of the project “Our Lab” and is open to further cooperation.
