«Roshimreactiv» Members Meet at Annual In-Person Assembly

An in-person meeting of members of the «Roshimreactiv» Association took place on November 12. Traditionally, the General Assembly was held at the 28th International Exhibition of the Chemical Industry and Science «KHIMIA-2025».

The event was attended by 18 member companies of the Association: «Sodeistvie», «NPP Sintez», «Promkhimperm», «Krismas+», «NevaReaktiv», «NPF Travers», «Kontsept-Lab», «Promyshlennye ekologicheskie laboratorii», «Ekos-1», Concern «Zvezda», «Regionkhimsnab», «Reaktiv», FSUE National Research Center «Kurchatov Institute», «VZSP», TD «Krasnaya zvezda», «Kirovskii biokhimicheskii zavod», «Arska Tek» and «Malotonnazhnaya Khimiya».

The assembly was chaired by Irina Vendilo, General Director of the Association.

Invited guests at the meeting included: Sergei Krasnoperov, General Director of LLC «NPTs «Prikladnaia khimiia»; Elisei Alekseev, General Director of LLC «Grinven SPb»; and Vadim Kolosov, Development Director of LLC «NPO Evrokhim».

At the beginning of the assembly, partners listened to a report on the Association’s activities in 2025, presented by Irina Vendilo. The General Director spoke about the events in which «Roshimreactiv» participated, upcoming exhibitions, and changes in technical regulations.

After Irina Vendilo’s report, the Association’s auditor, Margarita Shuvalova, presented a report on «Roshimreactiv’s» budgeting for 2024.

The main part of the general assembly was the admission of several companies to the «Roshimreactiv» Association. All present Association members voted unanimously for their admission.

The new partners of «Roshimreactiv» are:

1. LLC «Nauchno-proektnyi tsentr «Prikladnaia khimiia». Provides a full range of industrial engineering services (R&D, R&D&I, design engineering, and technical support), covering chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and other industries. The main portfolio consists of new production construction projects. They work with both existing and newly developed technologies, with the scope of work including their adaptation, optimization, and scaling.
2. LLC «Grinven SPb». A dynamically developing company in the field of development, production, and sale of consumables and reagents for the laboratory industry. The strategic goal is import substitution of high-purity reagents for various industries.

The meeting concluded with a celebratory dinner, where partners exchanged news and shared impressions of the «KHIMIA» exhibition and their 2025 results in an informal setting.
