«Roshimreactiv» Association and TSU CAPP Sign Cooperation Agreement

On November 11, 2025, as part of the 28th International Exhibition of the Chemical Industry and Science «Khimiya-2025,» the «Roshimreactiv» Association and the Center for Advanced Professional Training (CAPP) of Tomsk State University concluded a cooperation agreement.

The purpose of the Agreement is to develop the federal project «Advanced Training and Retraining of Qualified Personnel in the Field of New Materials and Chemistry.»

The objectives of the Agreement are:

  • Monitoring and assessing companies’ needs for employees.
  • Creating guidelines for HR departments on interacting with students.
  • Organizing mentorship programs and involving industry professionals in the educational process, including internships and practical training.
  • Forming a qualified order for specialist training.
  • Providing informational support for personnel training events for enterprises.

Irina Vendilo noted that the parties agreed to develop the area of additional professional training for employees of companies within «Roshimreactiv» through professional development and retraining programs:

«Signing the agreement with CAPP opens new development prospects for the chemical industry. We gain access to highly qualified specialists ready to implement innovative solutions in production. This cooperation will allow us to increase process efficiency, strengthen market positions, and ensure the stable development of domestic enterprises in the future.»

The partnership will strengthen the link between education and the chemical industry, accelerate the training of young specialists, and enhance the industry’s personnel potential.

About TSU CAPP:

On the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation, Centers for Advanced Professional Training began operating in the country in 2018. In the Tomsk region, CAPP opened in 2019. The Center is an organization coordinating the development and use of regional resources for advanced professional training. The priority task of the Center in the Tomsk region is the digital transformation of the region’s economy.

Goals of Tomsk Region CAPP:

  • Developing competencies prioritized for the region and forming new ones in accordance with the region’s economic development.
