Results of the Seminar «Measurement Quality in New Realities» at the «KHIMIA-2025» Exhibition
On November 11, as part of the «KHIMIA-2025» exhibition, the seminar «Measurement Quality in New Realities: Instruments, Personnel, Reagents, Solutions» was held, organized by the Private Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education «Training Center ‘Sodeistvie’» and the «Competence and Quality» Association together with the «Roshimreactiv» Association.
The moderator of the event was Yuliia Aleksandrovna Nizhelskaia, Coordinator of the «Competence and Quality» Association, Head of an Accredited Testing Laboratory.
The seminar program featured the following key presentations:
🔵 Welcoming speech from the General Director of the «Roshimreactiv» Association, Irina Andreevna Vendilo, who emphasized the importance of measurement quality in modern conditions.
🔵 Overview of legislative changes in the field of public procurement in 2025 (PP RF 1875 and 719, FZ 44 and 223) by Natalia Vyacheslavovna Ignatieva, General Director of LLC «Promyshlennye ekologicheskie laboratorii». She focused on common mistakes when purchasing resources and risks of non-compliance.
🔵 Personnel development system in new realities – a report by Viacheslav Aleksandrovich Lukin, Director of the Private Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education «Training Center ‘Sodeistvie’», who shared strategies for training qualified specialists.
🔵 New opportunities for accredited entities – Alla Gennadievna Bogacheva, Deputy Head of the «Krismas» Training Center, presented ready-made solutions for analysis.
The practical master class «How to Ensure Equipment Compliance: From Drawing Up Technical Specifications to Verification Certificate?» by Yuliia Aleksandrovna Nizhelskaia and the information expert of the «Competence and Quality» Association, Yana Vasilievna Beskrovnaia, became a clear example of how laboratories can meet documented requirements.
The seminar program also covered the following topics:
🔵 Discussion of a modern approach to laboratory activities and LIMS implementation by Elena Gennadievna Vansheva, Head of the Competence and Expertise Center, LIMS expert, LLC «Avrora-IT».
🔵 Issues of procurement activities for laboratories to ensure measurement quality in the context of digital transformation by Yulia Vladimirovna Poselskaia, member of the «Competence and Quality» Association.
🔵 Presentation of domestic solvents for analytical chemistry as an advantage for local manufacturers by Elisei Iurevich Alekseev, General Director of LLC «Grinven».
How to remain productive even after several hours of active work? The answer was provided in the report by Svetlana Anatolievna Shchelkunova, Project Manager of the «Competence and Quality» Association, Ph.D. (Economics), business trainer – «Energy at Maximum: Biohacking for Corporate and Personal Effectiveness.»
The conclusion of the seminar was the long-awaited foresight for experts on the topic «Current Challenges in Accreditation» – an open expert space of the «Competence and Quality» Association, which served as a platform for lively discussion and experience exchange.
