Association Structure

The supreme governing body is the General Meeting of the Association members, which is held at least 2 times a year.

The permanent collegial management body is the Board of Directors, whose members are elected by the General Meeting of the Association members for a period of one year with the right to be re-elected an unlimited number of times.

The President of the Association is elected by the members of the Board of Directors for a term of one year with the right of re-election an unlimited number of times. The President organizes the work of the Council, convenes and chairs meetings of the Council, organizes the keeping of minutes at meetings, presides over the General Meeting. Represents the interests of the Association in government bodies, public organizations, the media, etc.

The General Director of the Association carries out the current management of its activities, is accountable to the General Meeting of the Association, acts on behalf of the Association and represents its interests in state authorities, public organizations, the media, etc.
