Activity: implementation of the innovative project “Intelligent process control system based on methods of physico-chemical modeling and mathematical optimization”.
Specialization: development of digital intelligent systems for production using artificial intelligence technologies and machine learning methods, including decision support systems and virtual analyzers necessary for digitalization of chemical industry enterprises, increasing their productivity, safety and work efficiency.
- The use of multilevel chemical modeling technology and mathematical optimization methods that cover the production process at all stages, confirming the operability of the system.
- An approach to creating a product directly for a specific consumer by forming software components based on detailed modeling of physical and chemical processes of product production, as well as digital design and visualization of technological processes of the chemical industry.
- The development and implementation of virtual analyzers and decision support systems in the technological process allows to reduce
production costs, increase energy efficiency and ensure the rational use of natural resources.
- The software product of the IOSYA DSS (IOSYA DSS) is a platform solution of a class of decision support systems
(DSS) in production using artificial intelligence systems and mathematical models of technological processes. The work of the system consists in the step-by-step collection and analysis of information, testing and verification of hypotheses, on the basis of which, the operator
receives recommendations in real time on the regulation of the technological process, taking into account production indicators
that contribute to improving product quality and reducing production costs.
Applications: The software product “IOSYA DSS” will be useful for implementation at enterprises of the metallurgical and mining, oil and gas, cosmetic and chemical-technological sectors.
